Vanessa Joyce Ward, aged 23, tragically died on April 8, 2006, in Oxford, Michigan. Her death was the result of a murder-suicide involving her estranged husband, Donald Frederick Ward III, aged 38. According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department, the couple was found dead in the Lake Villa mobile home park. The investigation revealed that Donald Ward shot and killed Vanessa Ward before turning the gun on himself.
