In the spring of 2015, the life of Justin William Madden, an 18-year-old male from Battle Creek, Michigan, was cut tragically short. On the night of Friday, April 17, 2015, police responded to a call shortly after 11:30 p.m. at the Arbors of Battle Creek apartment complex on Rambling Lane. Upon arrival, officers discovered Mr. Madden had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
