LaQuavis Quay Cooper, a 19-year-old resident of Saginaw, Michigan, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2015. Cooper was found shot to death in Fordney Park on the west side of Saginaw. He had recently moved to Grand Rapids but was back in Saginaw at the time of his death. Cooper, who had a one-year-old child, was known for his love of music, video games, and painting cars.
