In the quiet city of Taylor, Michigan, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a sudden act of violence. Jose Luis Zambrano, a 23-year-old male, was at a house on Wellington Street on the evening of February 20, 2016, when he was fatally shot in the chest. Another man at the residence, a 26-year-old from Taylor, was also wounded in the arm during the incident.
