Eriberto Perez, a 58-year-old resident of Taylor, Michigan, tragically lost his life on February 1, 2018, in a workplace shooting incident. Perez, affectionately known as "Eddie," was a dedicated employee at Aluminum Blanking, Inc. in Pontiac, Michigan, where he had worked for 15 years. On that fateful day, Perez was shot multiple times in the back by Vernest James Griffin, a former employee of a different company who had been terminated from his job in November 2017.
