In the summer of 2018, a dispute in a quiet Michigan township escalated into a fatal encounter that ended the life of Timothy Arthur Henley. On the evening of June 21st, in the front yard of a home in Pine Grove Township, an argument broke out between Henley and another man, Troy Lee Taylor. The confrontation took a tragic turn when a firearm was introduced, and Henley, a 40-year-old Caucasian male, was shot and killed.
