Thelma Caducio Hofman, a 70-year-old resident of Bay City, Michigan, was tragically found dead on November 11, 2020, in her home in Mount Haley Township, Midland County. The Midland County Sheriff's Office responded to a call from a man residing at the same address, reporting that Hofman was unconscious and not breathing.
