Lela Louella Mae Lang-Dow, a 61-year-old resident of River Rouge, Michigan, tragically lost her life on March 30, 2022. Lela was found shot to death inside her home on Forest Street. Her death was discovered after her employer, concerned when she did not show up for her shift at an assisted living facility in Wyandotte, requested a welfare check from the police. Upon arrival, officers found Lela Dow deceased from gunshot wounds.
