On March 30, 2022, 61-year-old Lela Louella Mae Lang-Dow was found dead in her home on Forest Street in River Rouge, Michigan. A concerned employer had requested a welfare check when Lela, a dedicated employee at an assisted living facility in Wyandotte, failed to show up for her shift.
