On May 27, 2022, a tragic incident occurred in Stanwood, Michigan, resulting in the death of six-year-old Katelynn Marie Gillard, along with her mother, Dawn Gillard, and her two younger brothers, Ronald and Joshua. The family was found dead in their home, and the perpetrator was identified as Charles Robert Gillard Sr., Katelynn's father.
