Rosanna M. Romero, a 33-year-old resident of Mount Pleasant, MI, tragically lost her life on November 5, 2022. Her death was the result of a violent incident that occurred in her home on the Isabella Reservation. The investigation revealed that Rosanna was fatally shot multiple times by her significant other, Johnathan Ashford, who believed she was being unfaithful. The incident also critically injured her 6-month-old baby, who was in her arms at the time of the shooting.
