Fay Ann Noel, a 58-year-old warden at the Mississippi State Penitentiary at Parchman, tragically lost her life on May 24, 2014, in Lexington, Mississippi. Noel was attending a family gathering when she was fatally shot in the chest with a 20-gauge shotgun by her 25-year-old nephew, Kenneth Lee Williams.
