In the early morning hours of Sunday, July 12, 2015, the life of 53-year-old Bobby Lee Harris Sr. was tragically cut short. The Black male was inside his apartment at 1239 36th Street in Gulfport, Mississippi, when he was fatally shot at approximately 12:57 a.m.
