In the small town of Kilmichael, Mississippi, the life of 32-year-old Marquita Hill was tragically cut short on April 27, 2016. Hill, a mother, was shot and killed by her former boyfriend, 40-year-old Odell Hallmon, in an act of domestic violence that also claimed the lives of her 59-year-old mother, Carolyn Ann Sanders, and 32-year-old Kenneth C. Loggins. The violent rampage unfolded after Hill had ended her relationship with Hallmon and put him out of their shared home less than a month prior.
