In the small town of Itta Bena, Mississippi, a young man's life was tragically cut short. Dalvin Pacley, a 22-year-old male, was fatally shot on June 29, 2016. The incident occurred in an area known as Rainey Alley, where deputies from the Leflore County Sheriff's Department were dispatched following reports of the shooting. By the time authorities arrived, Pacley had already been transported from the scene in a private vehicle, rushed to the hospital by individuals on site.
