Clifford Rogers Burke, a 68-year-old resident of Waveland, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on June 7, 2017. Burke, a retiree from the Michoud Assembly Facility and a veteran, was driving to a fishing trip when he was pulled over by a white Ford Crown Victoria with flashing blue lights, leading him to believe it was a law enforcement vehicle.
