Emmanuel Kedrick Morries, affectionately known as "Gator," was found dead on July 7, 2017, on the side of Indian Branch Road in Kemper County, Mississippi. Born on March 30, 1979, in Meridian, Lauderdale County, MS, he was 38 years old at the time of his death. His death was classified as a murder, and it remains an unsolved case.
