Laquisha Marshall, a 19-year-old resident of Oxford, Mississippi, tragically lost her life on January 3, 2018. The incident occurred near a Burger King on University Avenue, where she was accidentally shot in the back. According to reports, Laquisha was transported by a private vehicle to Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi and later airlifted to the Regional Medical Center. Despite medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries.
