In the small town of Artesia, Mississippi, a shocking act of violence cut short the life of 22-year-old Mauricio Lemarcus Nance on January 15, 2019. The young Black man was one of three victims in a brutal triple homicide that unfolded inside a mobile home on Mobile Drive. Nance, along with Demario Snell, 31, and Tyshun Bernard Fields, 24, were all found shot to death.
