In 2020, the community of Itta Bena, Mississippi, was shaken by the violent deaths of two of its residents. Freddie Mask, a 58-year-old male, and 49-year-old Jacqueline Taylor were found shot to death, marking a grim day for the small town. identification of a suspect. Stephen B. Williams Jr., another resident of Itta Bena, was arrested in connection with the killings. As the case progressed through the legal system, Williams eventually pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of both Mask and Taylor.
