In the quiet community of Energy, Mississippi, a young life was abruptly cut short on a Monday afternoon in early June. Ernest Ferguson, a 20-year-old male from Lauderdale, was found shot to death on June 1, 2020, at a residence on County Road 514. The Clarke County Sheriff's Department was called to the scene at approximately 2:28 p.m., where they discovered Ferguson's body.
