On a tragic Saturday morning, June 12, 2021, the life of 19-year-old Gage Damon Ison was cut short in his Dorsey, Mississippi, home. A White/Caucasian male, Ison was a recent graduate of Itawamba Agricultural High School and a father to two young sons. The devastating event unfolded when his longtime best friend, Chris Moore, arrived at the residence.
