In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Biloxi, Mississippi, the life of 39-year-old Mary LeKeisha Williamson was tragically cut short. On November 21, 2021, the Black/African American woman was fatally wounded by gunfire at the Elmwood Apartments on Lawrence Street. When Biloxi Police officers responded to reports of shots fired at approximately 10:50 p.m., they discovered Williamson deceased at the scene from an apparent gunshot wound.
