Na'Kiren De'arrius Laquan Ratcliff, a 24-year-old resident of Brooksville, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2021. Ratcliff was born on January 28, 1997, in Jackson, Mississippi, and was known for his vibrant personality and love for sports, particularly basketball and kickball.
