On a late autumn day in 1989, the quiet of a farm near Wyandotte in Ottawa County, Oklahoma, was shattered by a grim discovery. Raymond Laverne Frazier, a 44-year-old White/Caucasian male, was found murdered on his property on November 30th. It was Frazier's own daughter, accompanied by a friend, who stumbled upon the tragic scene. Frazier had been fatally shot in the head, a violent end to a life that remains shrouded in mystery.
