In the winter of 2014, the community of Lawton, Oklahoma, was shaken by the tragic death of 21-year-old Julian Humphrey. On Saturday, February 8th, Humphrey was discovered shot to death, marking a violent end to a young life and prompting a swift investigation by local law enforcement.
