In the quiet outskirts of Spiro, Oklahoma, a domestic dispute escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 45-year-old Lisa Casey. On the night of April 14, 2018, at a residence located three miles west of town just off State Highway 9, Lisa was shot and killed. When medical personnel arrived at the scene, she was pronounced dead.
