On a busy morning in downtown Oklahoma City on January 6, 2020, Kenneth Richard, a 76-year-old Caucasian male, was found with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The incident occurred in the area of Walker and Sheridan. An argument that began inside the white SUV he was driving allegedly led to the shooting.
