On the evening of March 6, 2021, a distressing scene unfolded in a home in Jay, Oklahoma, culminating in the tragic death of Annie Marie Weeley, a female resident. A Delaware County Sheriff's Deputy was dispatched to the residence following a report of shots being fired. Upon arriving at approximately 11:17 p.m., the deputy discovered a grim situation.
