On the cold night of December 23, 1981, a tragic event unfolded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that ended the life of 24-year-old Caucasian male, John Machajewski. A police officer with the Milwaukee Police Department for three and a half years, Machajewski was a married man with a wife who was three months pregnant.
