In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on April 19, 1998, the life of 18-year-old Bobby Moore was tragically cut short. Just after midnight, at approximately 12:05 a.m., Moore was walking down an alley in the 1800 block of W. Lincoln Avenue, accompanied by two friends. The quiet of the night was shattered when an unknown individual opened fire, unleashing numerous shots in their direction.
