In the summer of 2002, the life of 39-year-old Kim Staffin, a female, was brought to a tragic and violent end in Greendale, Wisconsin. On August 16th, she was fatally shot by her boyfriend of five years, 44-year-old Dennis George. The violence erupted on the Root River Parkway, where George shot Staffin seven times in her thigh, torso, and back with a 9 mm handgun. After killing her, George turned the gun on himself, dying from a single gunshot wound to the head.
