On a summer evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 44-year-old Black / African American woman Tracey Howard was tragically cut short. On June 28, 2015, shortly before 9:00 p.m., Howard was standing outside her home near North 35th and West Wright streets when gunshots rang out in the vicinity.
