In the early morning hours of October 20, 2015, 54-year-old Michael Schoos, a White male, was shot and killed inside his Milwaukee, Wisconsin, home near Appleton and Melvina. What initially appeared to be a tragic home invasion robbery was soon revealed to be a meticulously planned crime orchestrated by his own wife, Lakisha Love-Schoos. Tired of arguing and fighting with her husband, she conspired with a man named Ian LeFlore to rob him.
