In the early morning hours of November 10, 2016, the life of Leroy R. Singleton, a 42-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At approximately 3:15 a.m., Singleton was shot in the 5600 block of W. Philip Place. He was rushed to a local hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
