Jamel E. Jenkins, a 25-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of Friday, February 24, 2017, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. while Jenkins was seated in a vehicle in the 2600 block of N. 57th St.
