Qwaishuan D. Henning, a 19-year-old from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was tragically shot and killed on May 17, 2017. The incident occurred around 4:10 p.m. in the 3300 block of N. 38th St. Henning succumbed to his injuries the following day^1^. At the time of his death, Henning had recently been released from prison after serving time for an armed robbery conviction.
