On December 5, 2017, Abigail Voeks, a 27-year-old female, was found deceased in a condominium in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Authorities discovered her body along with that of 30-year-old Zakoree Mitschke in what was being investigated as a probable murder-suicide. The discovery was made after the Mukwonago Police Department requested a welfare check when Voeks did not return to her home.
