On April 20, 2018, Randy Loze, a 49-year-old White/Caucasian male, was found deceased in his home on 11th Street in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. A relative had alerted the police, and upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Loze lying face-down, the victim of a single gunshot wound to his head. For two decades, he had been a loyal and dedicated employee at Extrutech Plastics, Inc. in Manitowoc. He was known for his enjoyment of the outdoors, his love for playing golf, and as an avid fan of NASCAR.
