In the late afternoon of October 29, 2021, a burst of violence shattered the calm near the downtown bus transfer station in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, leading to the tragic death of 16-year-old Kilek Mack, a Black male. The incident began with a physical altercation between Mack and another teenager, 16-year-old Armani Jackson of Milwaukee.
