Eddie L. Banks, a 46-year-old resident of Clear Creek, Wisconsin, was found deceased on June 16, 2022. His body was discovered in a ditch along Mallard Road by a passerby who promptly notified the authorities. Upon arrival, the Eau Claire County Sheriff's Office initiated a death investigation.
