On the final day of the year, in the early morning hours of December 31, 2022, the life of 51-year-old Omar Williams, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short by gun violence in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident that claimed his life unfolded around 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of South 5th Street and West Rogers Street.
