In the early morning hours of August 15, 2002, the life of 32-year-old Keymhare Germain was tragically cut short in her South King County, Washington apartment. A female victim of escalating domestic violence, her death was the final, brutal act in a history of abuse. The man responsible was her ex-boyfriend, Richard Saintcalle, a former Boeing engineer. Fueled by jealousy and rage upon discovering that Germain was engaged to another man, he set in motion a premeditated and fatal plan.
