On an April afternoon in Arlington, Washington, a young Caucasian mother named Jessica Jones, aged 25, was found in the garage of her boyfriend's grandparents' home with a gunshot wound to her head. The incident occurred on April 8, 2014. She was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, but tragically succumbed to her injuries the following day. Her death was officially ruled a homicide by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office.
