In the late summer of 2015, the quiet community of Manson, Washington, was rocked by a tragic and violent series of events that began with the death of 24-year-old Edgar Cisneros-Costumbre. On September 8th, the body of Cisneros-Costumbre, a male resident of Manson, was discovered in a vehicle in an orchard off Ivan Morse Road. He was not alone; alongside him was 58-year-old Jose Luis Leyva Rodriguez. Both men had been fatally shot.
