In the quiet agricultural community of Royal City, Washington, a burst of violence on November 20, 2015, shattered the local peace and ended the life of 49-year-old Joel Rodriguez. The male victim, a resident of nearby Quincy, was at his workplace, Callahan Manufacturing, when the fatal encounter occurred. Another man from Soap Lake was also wounded in the attack but survived.
