Humberto Velasco

On May 5, 2007, Humberto Velasco, aged 31, was killed in a shooting incident in Houston, Texas. Velasco was sitting in his vehicle at the time when the shooting occurred. He was found in the parking lot of a residential area, and initial investigation suggested that the motive might have been linked to an attempted robbery.
