In the quiet community of Belfair, Washington, the morning of February 26, 2016, was shattered by a horrific act of violence that claimed the life of 16-year-old Quinn Carlson. A male, Quinn was one of four victims in a tragic murder-suicide that unfolded at a residence on Northeast Horseshoe Drive. The events began when David Wayne Campbell, 51, contacted authorities to report that he had killed four people and intended to take his own life.
