Inacio Nein, a 37-year-old male, was enjoying a late summer evening with his nephew in a wooded area on Kent's East Hill on August 26, 2016. The two were sitting on a log, listening to music, when their peaceful night was shattered by the appearance of an armed man. The stranger, described as a young Black man, approximately 18 years old and six feet tall with a medium build and short, puffy hair, confronted them and demanded to know what was in their pockets.
