In the quiet farming community of Toppenish, Washington, a young life was abruptly cut short on the evening of Thursday, February 22, 2018. Ricardo Barragan, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was found deceased in his white pickup truck. The grim discovery was made by Toppenish police officers who were responding to reports of gunfire in the area. Upon their arrival, they found the truck's window shattered and Barragan in the driver's seat, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
