In the early morning hours of July 3, 2018, the life of Bishop F. McKinney, a 28-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in a residence in Lacey, Washington. Police were dispatched to a home on Cottage Lane Southeast around 3 a.m. following reports of a disturbance. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene in the living room.
